This is the best time to be stuck at home

Learn to cook a new meal,

read the book that’s been waiting by your bed,

take an online class,

make 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups,

play the board game you haven’t touched in years,

meditate,

draw,

write a journal and get to know your thoughts, fears and emotions.

Communicate with your family,

tell them you love them and it’s going to be ok.

Stop worrying and complaining. Hold the panic.

Turn off the news.

“Hey Google, what’s news?” and get the gist of it in less than 5 minutes.

Delete social media apps from your phone.

Focus your energy on what you can do to make the best out of your time at home.

What if a virus forcing you home could be the opportunity for personal development you were waiting for? Internet is the greatest resource of wisdom if you want it to be.

Where your focus goes, your energy flows

Start this weekend. Start now.

You’re stuck at home, but your growth can continue.

Live with love and passion, even now.
