Yearly Personal Reflection

December is the time to look back at the year and see how it went before looking at a new year and new goals.

Yes, it was a weird year. But no, that’s no excuse to just call it a “weird year” and move on. Your actions define who you are, even in years like this.

Also because, what if it happens again? What if this is lasting for another +2 years? What are you gonna do then? Just let life happen without you designing it?

No matter how it went, it’s good, at the end of every year, to take the time and do a small check-in. Grab a journal and a pen or anything you like to write on and follow along through the following questions.

Be as honest as you can be, this is for you and no one else. As usual with journaling, you’d be lying if you were anything but brutally honest.

This is my own way of reviewing the areas I think are most important, feel free to follow along or edit as you go.

HEALTH-BODY

  • How do I feel? Do I have high energy every day?
  • If yes, what I am doing right?
  • If not, what could be the cause?
  • Could I have done more to be healthier and fitter?

HEALTH-MIND

  • How do my emotions match what I want to…
